The Global Graduate Programme is a stepping stone when you look at the professions of Europe’s best students.

Each year, the RWE Group honors graduates a finite number of the very coveted slots – opening a treasure trove of important intercontinental experience to young abilities in Europe.

For over 10 years, RWE has been offering the IGP to motivated graduates – going for an enormous chance to place their theoretical knowledge into rehearse.

If you should be able to convince RWE with your above-average achievements and extraordinary dedication, could enjoy a whole realm of new possibilities. The 18-month traineeship takes you through different actions where you can deal with five to six difficult jobs. Your individual mentor guides you along the way for the International scholar Programme and is at your side for all the numerous jobs.
